Šie noteikumi regulē DAYO mobilās lietotnes lietošanu. Reģistrējot kontu, tu piekrīti šiem noteikumiem un mūsu privātuma politikai.

1. Kas ir DAYO
DAYO ir SIA "Codecrafts" uzturēts pakalpojums, kas palīdz plānot brīvā laika aktivitātes un ceļojumus Latvijā: AI palīgs veido maršrutus, lietotne ļauj pārlūkot un saglabāt vietas/pasākumus, būvēt daudzdienu plānus un tos dalīties ar citiem.
Lietotni drīkst lietot personas, kas ir sasniegušas vismaz 16 gadu vecumu, vai jaunākas — likumīgā pārstāvja piekrišanā.
2. Konts
- Tu atbildi par sava konta datu (e-pasts, parole) konfidencialitāti un par visām darbībām, kas notiek, izmantojot tavu kontu.
- Konta reģistrācijai jāsniedz patiesa informācija. Konts ir personisks — to nedrīkst nodot citai personai.
- Kontu vari dzēst jebkurā brīdī lietotnes iestatījumos. Dzēšana ir neatgriezeniska (sk. privātuma politikas 9. sadaļu par datu glabāšanas termiņiem).
3. Tavs publicētais saturs
Lietotne ļauj publicēt paštaisītus ceļojumu plānus, kas kļūst redzami citiem lietotājiem ("kopiena"). Publicējot saturu, tu apstiprini, ka tas ir tavs vai tev ir tiesības to publicēt, un piešķir mums tiesības to rādīt lietotnē tā apjomā, kāds parādīts publicēšanas brīdī.
Publicējot saturu, apņemies NEpublicēt saturu, kas:
- ir aizvainojošs, naidīgs, diskriminējošs vai vajā/apdraud citu personu;
- ir surogātpasts, maldinošs vai reklamē nesaistītus produktus/pakalpojumus;
- pārkāpj citas personas tiesības (autortiesības, preču zīmes, privātumu);
- ir prettiesisks saskaņā ar Latvijas Republikas vai Eiropas Savienības tiesību aktiem.
4. Ziņošana un bloķēšana
Ikviens lietotājs var ziņot par publicētu saturu, kas, viņaprāt, pārkāpj šos noteikumus (lietotnē, pie attiecīgā plāna). Ziņojumus izskata mūsu komanda.
Ikviens lietotājs var bloķēt citu lietotāju — bloķētā lietotāja publiskais saturs pēc tam vairs neparādās tavā plūsmā. Bloķēšanu jebkurā brīdī var atcelt lietotnes iestatījumos ("Bloķētie lietotāji").
Mēs paturam tiesības bez iepriekšēja brīdinājuma noņemt saturu, kas pārkāpj šos noteikumus, un apturēt vai dzēst kontu, kas atkārtoti vai smagi tos pārkāpj.
5. Trešo pušu saturs un saites
Lietotnē redzamā informācija par vietām, pasākumiem un biļešu cenām nāk no trešo pušu avotiem (kartes/vietu dati, pasākumu organizatori) un var mainīties bez mūsu ziņas. Biļešu iegāde un maksājumi notiek pilnībā trešās puses (piemēram, pasākuma organizatora) mājaslapā — DAYO neapstrādā maksājumus un nav šo darījumu puse.
Neatbildam par trešo pušu vietņu saturu vai pieejamību, uz kurām lietotne var novirzīt.
6. Kā tiek kārtotas vietas un ieteikumi
Vietas meklēšanā, ieteikumos un AI plānos kārtojam pēc atbilstības tavam pieprasījumam (kategorija, noskaņa, attālums, darba laiks), pēc vērtējuma un atsauksmju skaita (vietai ar dažām atsauksmēm netiek dota priekšroka pār vietu ar daudzām) un pēc tavām izvēlēm profilā.
„DAYO partneris" ir pārbaudīts uzņēmums, kas sadarbojas ar DAYO. Partneri var tikt parādīti nedaudz augstāk, bet tikai starp līdzīgi vērtētām vietām: partneris nekad netiek novietots virs vietas, kuras vērtējums ir augstāks vairāk nekā par 0,2 zvaigznēm, un vietām ar vērtējumu zem 4,0 šī priekšroka netiek piemērota. Katra šāda vieta ir atzīmēta ar nozīmīti „DAYO partneris".
Nedēļas TOP un meklēšanu pēc precīza nosaukuma partnerība neietekmē. Apmaksāti ieraksti, ja tādi ir, vienmēr ir atzīmēti ar „Sponsorēts".
7. Atbildības ierobežojums
Lietotne tiek nodrošināta "kāda tā ir". Neapgalvojam, ka AI ieteiktie plāni, darba laiki vai cenas vienmēr ir precīzi un aktuāli — pirms apmeklējuma ieteicams pārbaudīt informāciju pie paša pakalpojuma sniedzēja.
Ciktāl to pieļauj piemērojamie tiesību akti, mēs neatbildam par netiešiem zaudējumiem, kas radušies lietotnes lietošanas rezultātā.
8. Izmaiņas noteikumos
Šos noteikumus varam laiku pa laikam atjaunināt. Par būtiskām izmaiņām informēsim lietotnē. Turpinot lietot lietotni pēc izmaiņām, tu piekrīti atjauninātajiem noteikumiem.
9. Piemērojamie tiesību akti
Šos noteikumus regulē Latvijas Republikas tiesību akti. Strīdus risinām sarunu ceļā; ja tas neizdodas, — Latvijas Republikas tiesā.

These terms govern your use of the DAYO mobile app. By creating an account, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

1. What DAYO is
DAYO is a service operated by SIA "Codecrafts" that helps plan leisure activities and trips in Latvia: an AI assistant builds itineraries, and the app lets you browse and save places/events, build multi-day plans, and share them with others.
The app may only be used by people at least 16 years old, or younger with the consent of a legal guardian.
2. Your account
- You're responsible for keeping your account credentials (email, password) confidential and for all activity under your account.
- Registration requires accurate information. Your account is personal and may not be transferred to another person.
- You can delete your account at any time in the app's settings. Deletion is irreversible (see the privacy policy's retention section for what happens to your data).
3. Content you publish
The app lets you publish self-made travel plans, which become visible to other users (the "community"). By publishing content, you confirm it's yours or you have the right to publish it, and you grant us the right to display it in the app to the extent shown at the time of publishing.
When publishing content, you agree NOT to publish content that:
- is offensive, hateful, discriminatory, or harasses/threatens another person;
- is spam, misleading, or advertises unrelated products/services;
- infringes another person's rights (copyright, trademarks, privacy);
- is unlawful under the laws of the Republic of Latvia or the European Union.
4. Reporting and blocking
Any user can report published content they believe violates these terms (in the app, on the relevant plan). Reports are reviewed by our team.
Any user can block another user — a blocked user's public content will no longer appear in your feed afterward. Blocking can be undone at any time in the app's settings ("Blocked users").
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms without prior notice, and to suspend or delete an account that violates them repeatedly or severely.
5. Third-party content and links
Information shown in the app about places, events, and ticket prices comes from third-party sources (map/place data, event organizers) and may change without our knowledge. Ticket purchases and payments happen entirely on the third party's (e.g., event organizer's) own website — DAYO does not process payments and is not a party to those transactions.
We are not responsible for the content or availability of third-party websites the app may link to.
6. How places and suggestions are ranked
In search, suggestions and AI plans we rank places by how well they match your request (category, mood, distance, opening hours), by rating and number of reviews (a place with a few reviews is not preferred over one with many), and by the preferences in your profile.
"DAYO partner" is a verified business that works with DAYO. Partners may appear slightly higher, but only among similarly rated places: a partner is never placed above a place rated more than 0.2 stars higher, and places rated below 4.0 get no such preference. Every such place is marked with the "DAYO partner" badge.
The weekly TOP and searches for an exact name are not affected by partnership. Paid placements, if any, are always marked "Sponsored".
7. Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". We don't guarantee that AI-suggested plans, opening hours, or prices are always accurate and current — check with the actual service provider before visiting.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you in the app of material changes. Continuing to use the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. We resolve disputes through negotiation first; failing that, in the courts of the Republic of Latvia.
